Outbound Lead Generation Sales Executive

About the role

As a Customer Service Associate focused on outbound lead generation, you will make cold calls to prospective businesses, introduce energy management and related telecom/IT solutions, and qualify opportunities for the client’s sales team. Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to a pre‑approved list of prospective customers.
• Introduce and promote energy management services along with related telecommunications and IT offerings.
• Qualify leads based on client‑defined criteria and schedule appointments or transfer qualified prospects to sales representatives.
• Document detailed call notes and customer information accurately.
• Identify and flag requests for internal Do Not Call (DNC) lists and adhere to compliance and calling regulations.

Required profile

• Graduation (high school diploma or equivalent) is required.
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales development, lead generation, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong customer engagement and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a target‑driven mindset and ability to adapt to changing processes.
