About the role
Grace to Grow Mentorship & Training is seeking a Podcast Editing Intern to support the production of its women‑focused podcast. This is a hands‑on opportunity to learn the full editing workflow and help turn raw conversations into polished episodes.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and edit podcast recordings, removing pauses, background noise and distractions.
- Enhance the flow and listening experience of each episode.
- Add intros, outros and other audio elements as required.
- Prepare final audio files for publishing.
- Maintain organized archives of raw recordings and edited episodes.
Required profile
- Strong interest in podcast production and audio editing.
- Detail‑oriented and able to meet agreed deadlines.
- Open to learning, receiving feedback and improving skills.
- Appreciates the power of meaningful stories and conversations.
Required skills
- Experience with Audacity, Adobe Audition, GarageBand or similar audio editing software.
