Quality Assurance Associate III

About the role

Conduent is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate III to support mission‑critical services for Fortune 100 clients and government agencies. In this role you will apply analytical and auditing skills to ensure process integrity and identify potential defects.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain quality checklists to detect possible defects.
• Review transactions, select samples, and conduct audits.
• Perform risk assessments related to performance monitoring and financial operations.
• Understand upstream and downstream process connections for the areas you audit.
• Validate audit findings with operations staff and contribute to root‑cause analysis.
• Execute additional duties as assigned while complying with all policies and standards.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision and follow established procedures.
• Experience in analytical or operational processes, with relevant licenses or certifications where required.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the capacity to evaluate issues independently.
• Effective interpersonal communication to exchange information clearly.

Required skills

• Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute.
