Remote Cold Caller - Finance & Software

About the role

A proactive, results-driven Cold Caller is sought to generate leads, connect with potential clients and create new business opportunities in the finance and software industry. The role is full-time and remote, and the ideal candidate can explain software solutions to finance professionals and businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls introducing the company's software solutions.
• Identify and qualify leads in the finance, accounting and financial services sectors.
• Explain product features and value propositions clearly.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the Sales and Business Development team.
• Follow up with prospects by call, email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and outcomes in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads and meetings booked.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
• Research target companies, identify decision-makers and keep a healthy sales pipeline.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation or inside sales.
• Experience in finance, fintech, accounting software or financial software is preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English; able to talk to finance professionals, business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Preferred: experience selling B2B software or SaaS products, understanding of financial services or accounting processes, and use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead-generation platforms and sales tracking systems.
• Strong follow-up discipline, target orientation and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and consistently hit performance targets.
