Remote Project Manager – Part‑Time Contract

About the role

PTS Marketing Agency is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead the execution of multiple client campaigns. Working from anywhere, you will coordinate paid ads, creative, and sales teams to ensure projects move smoothly from strategy to measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project execution for assigned client pods.
• Manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables across advertising, creative, and sales functions.
• Run weekly check‑ins, progress reviews, and milestone tracking.
• Identify and resolve blockers early to keep work on schedule.
• Maintain accurate updates in project‑management tools and trackers.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
• Uphold SOPs, quality standards, and internal delivery processes.
