Remote Sales Solar Ambassador (Jamaica)

About the role

Join New York Solar Program as a Remote Sales Solar Ambassador, helping Jamaican homeowners discover the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy. You will work from home, using your communication skills to educate prospects and set up appointments for solar installations.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to homeowners in prime solar areas.
• Build rapport, schedule and reschedule appointments.
• Educate prospects on government‑funded solar incentives and zero‑out‑of‑pocket options.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up on leads.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and use provided sales resources.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent oral and written communication.
• Resident of Jamaica with reliable high‑speed internet, computer and headset.
• Self‑motivated, incentive‑driven and comfortable working independently.
• Flexible schedule, able to work Monday‑Friday and a 2‑hour Saturday shift.
• Genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
