Remote Sales Specialist – Commission Only

About the role

PTS Marketing Agency is seeking a remote Sales Specialist to turn qualified interest into lasting client relationships. This commission‑only position focuses on managing prospects from discovery through closing, while collaborating closely with Paid Ads Experts and Project Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify leads, conduct discovery and proposal calls, and follow up with prospects.
• Schedule and attend at least two client meetings daily (approximately 20 per month).
• Set 20 appointments each month and close four new clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, update daily sales reports, and provide a monthly performance summary.
• Close upsell opportunities and manage a consistent sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Clear, confident communication with strong discovery‑call abilities.
• Sales or client‑facing experience; coachable candidates with a willingness to learn are welcome.
• Organized, self‑directed remote work habits and reliable computer/internet access.
• Comfortable using HubSpot, Zoom, WhatsApp, and other CRM tools.
• Ability to handle objections, follow structured processes, and consistently manage a sales pipeline.

What we offer

• Remote contract role based in Jamaica.
• Commission ranging from JMD 5,000 to JMD 15,000 per sale.
• Bonus of JMD 25,000 for closing 13 new Lead Generation clients in a month.
• 20‑business‑day onboarding and training program covering sales process, CRM workflow, SOPs, discovery, rapport, objection handling, and supervised practice.
