Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will join Almost Time’s Kingston office to drive revenue growth by prospecting new customers, nurturing leads, and strengthening relationships with existing clients. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with product, marketing and customer‑service teams to align sales tactics with promotional campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects, conduct product presentations and demos.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast opportunities and report key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales strategies support marketing initiatives.
• Support customer‑service activities, gather client feedback and suggest improvements.
• Deliver training sessions on new products for customers and internal staff.
• Participate in campaign planning, create promotional materials and monitor market trends.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication with confident presentation abilities.
• Proven customer‑service experience focused on building trust and resolving issues.
• Demonstrated sales expertise in prospecting, qualification, negotiation and closing.
• Experience delivering product or process training.
• Ability to manage pipelines, perform basic forecasting and report on KPIs.
• Prior experience in technology, SaaS or service‑based sales or marketing.
• On‑site availability in Kingston, strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Comfort using digital tools, CRM platforms and online marketing channels.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience.
