Sales Channels & Service Provider Network Supervisor (3‑month contract)

About the role

This temporary 3‑month position leads both sales channel performance and the technical service provider network for a retail warranty program. The supervisor will coach store teams, enforce commercial processes, and ensure service partners meet quality and SLA standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise nationwide sales channels, train and certify store personnel on extended warranty sales, and enforce sales scripts and promotional materials.
• Set store‑level sales targets, monitor results, and implement improvement plans.
• Conduct field visits for coaching, performance monitoring, and execution control.
• Analyze sales and performance data to identify opportunities and coordinate commercial activation with Marketing.
• Manage the network of technical service providers, including recruitment, contracts, pricing, and documentation.
• Handle critical incidents, monitor supplier availability and performance, and ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards.
• Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements or replacements as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail sales supervision or sales channel management.
• Experience managing suppliers, technical services, or after‑sales operations, preferably with extended warranty programs.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using reporting tools for commercial KPI management.
