Sales & Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of sales and marketing strategies that promote solar and renewable‑energy solutions. You will generate new business, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth for a Jamaica‑based renewable‑energy provider.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and other client‑facing materials.
• Conduct client presentations and support the sales process from lead generation through conversion.
• Design and coordinate digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Support branding, content development, and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Conduct market research, track industry trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate product and service messaging.
• Achieve established sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Digital marketing experience (campaign planning, social media, email, content).
• CRM management.
• Knowledge of renewable‑energy or solar solutions (advantageous).
