Sales Representative – FMCG Territory (Kingston)

About the role

OCA Island Vending & Supplies Ltd. is expanding its FMCG portfolio and seeks a motivated Sales Representative to develop sales within an assigned territory in Kingston. You will build strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers, secure new customers, and ensure proper product representation in stores.

Key responsibilities

• Visit supermarkets, wholesalers, shops and other retail customers within the assigned territory.
• Develop new customers and expand existing accounts.
• Present and sell OCA’s FMCG product portfolio to customers.
• Secure new product listings and increase distribution and sales.
• Monitor product availability, shelf positioning, pricing and merchandising.
• Take customer orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and submit regular reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in FMCG sales, merchandising, retail sales or territory sales.
• Proven ability to develop new customers and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Must have a reliable motor vehicle, a valid driver’s licence and be willing to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Ability to use a smartphone for GPS, communication, reporting and sales activities.
