Sales Support Executive

About the role

CESCO Limited is looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Sales Support Executive to help its sales team deliver excellent service and achieve its targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up on outstanding enquiries.
• Support sales representatives with product information, pricing and availability.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse and delivery teams to fulfil customer orders.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports and CRM updates.
• Track quotations and follow-up activities to turn opportunities into sales.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and promptly.

Required profile

• Experience in sales support, customer service or administration.
• Clear communication and strong organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Team player who takes ownership of follow-through.
• Knowledge of electrical supplies or related products is an advantage.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• CRM experience is an advantage.
