Senior Risk Process Analyst

About the role

KPMG Jamaica’s Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS) is expanding its Risk Management – Ethics & Independence team. The Senior Risk Process Analyst will document, assess and improve risk‑management processes for Legal, Risk Management and Compliance stakeholders, using process‑mapping techniques and AI‑enabled tools.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple initiatives, maintain project plans, track action items and provide status updates.
• Lead stakeholder interviews and process walkthroughs to gather detailed information on business and risk‑management workflows.
• Develop clear process narratives, maps and flowcharts that capture end‑to‑end activities, risks, controls and responsibilities.
• Validate documentation with stakeholders, resolve inconsistencies and fill information gaps.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives such as automation, AI integration and procedural enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum two years of experience in risk management, risk assessments, audit, assurance or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage projects and processes with limited supervision.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using Power Platform tools.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience documenting business processes, creating flowcharts and preparing reports or presentations.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, controls, governance and quality‑management concepts.
