Senior Risk Process Analyst

About the role

KPMG Jamaica’s Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS) is expanding its Risk Management – Ethics & Independence team. The Senior Risk Process Analyst will document and assess risk management processes, create clear narratives and visual documentation, and support risk assessment activities for Legal, Risk Management and Compliance stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple initiatives, maintain project plans, track actions, monitor deadlines and prepare status updates.
• Lead stakeholder interviews and process walkthroughs to gather information on business and risk management processes.
• Develop process narratives, maps and flowcharts that capture end‑to‑end workflows, risks, controls and responsibilities.
• Validate information with stakeholders, resolve inconsistencies and fill documentation gaps.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives such as automation, AI and procedural enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum two years of experience in risk management, risk assessments, audit or related fields.
• Strong analytical, communication and independent judgement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience using Power Platform tools.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
