Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

Eberle Studios is looking for a proactive Social Media & Content Manager to lead the digital presence of key client accounts and the studio itself. You will craft and execute strategic marketing plans, produce engaging content, and ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies for client accounts and Eberle Studios.
• Create, schedule, and manage content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and drip‑marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with community committees, stakeholders, and the creative team to align marketing initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics to continuously improve performance.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital channels and stay updated on social media trends.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital communications.
• Strong storytelling ability and self‑motivation to manage multiple campaigns independently.
• Experience with rural communities or economic development initiatives is a plus.
