Talent Manager – Hospitality

About the role

The Talent Manager will lead the hotel’s Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement functions. This role ensures the organization attracts the right talent, develops its people, and creates an engaging employee experience aligned with the global talent strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from workforce planning and sourcing to selection, offer, and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with department heads to define selection criteria, develop sourcing strategies, and build talent pipelines.
• Manage recruitment initiatives such as job fairs, internships, graduate programmes, and external partnerships.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (vacancies, time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, retention) and use data‑driven insights to improve outcomes.
• Strengthen the employer brand and candidate value proposition.
• Identify training and development needs with department heads, create an annual training plan, and coordinate internal and external learning solutions.
• Track participation, compliance, and effectiveness of learning programmes, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support career development, succession planning, and internal talent mobility.
• Translate and implement the global employee engagement strategy locally, leading initiatives that enhance culture, well‑being, and belonging.
• Coordinate engagement and well‑being programmes and drive participation in employee surveys.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement functions.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders to identify talent and capability needs.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruitment and learning data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to strengthen employer brand and improve employee experience.
