Telesales Agent - TA II

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Agent to join our in‑house tele‑sales team in Montego Bay. The role involves inside sales, prospecting, up‑selling, cross‑selling and handling objections during a Monday‑Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Support Transactional Sales (TA) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) by conducting warm sales calls and full‑cycle sales consultations.
• Meet KPI targets for sales, productivity and quality while providing high‑quality phone‑based customer service.
• Follow up with customers on orders or services and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Strong sales aptitude with experience in inside sales, door‑to‑door sales and the ability to overcome objections.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work the specified schedule (8 am‑7 pm, Monday‑Friday).
• High energy communicator with a customer‑focused, target‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
