Training Operations Coordinator

About the role

Join KJESS as a Training Operations Coordinator within the Advisory Learning Managed Services team. You will coordinate talent development programs, learning initiatives, and related projects while providing essential administrative and reporting support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support talent development programs, learning initiatives, training activities, and special projects.
• Manage program logistics, scheduling, participant tracking, communications, and documentation.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze reports, dashboards, and trackers to provide visibility into program performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and leadership to gather requirements and ensure successful program execution.
• Monitor multiple workstreams and deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Research issues, identify solutions, and recommend improvements for continuous program delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in program coordination, learning & development, HR operations, or related fields.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
