Wealth Advisor (Fairview)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Wealth Advisor to join our Wealth Management & Client Services team in Fairview, St. James. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, growing the client base and managing investment portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships, supporting the company’s strategic sales and marketing plan.
• Identify and acquire new clients through presentations, cold calling, networking and marketing initiatives.
• Advise clients on Sagicor’s products and services, negotiate portfolio strategies and investment terms.
• Handle client onboarding, documentation and account opening in line with company guidelines.
• Participate in client events, marketing promotions and deliver presentations to prospective groups.
• Retain and grow existing relationships through cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies, monitor settlement accounts and resolve client issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum three years’ experience in a similar wealth advisory or financial services role.
• Completion of the Jamaican Securities Course and solid understanding of financial instruments and regulations.
• Strong selling, negotiating and interpersonal abilities with high professionalism.
• Excellent public speaking, communication and independent as well as team work capabilities.

• Proficiency with spreadsheet applications.
