Wealth Advisor (Fairview)

About the role

Join Sagicor Investments Jamaica Limited as a Wealth Advisor for the Fairview market. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service while growing the company’s client base and portfolio value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships through presentations, cold calling, networking and marketing initiatives.
• Advise prospective investors on Sagicor’s products, negotiate portfolio strategies and investment terms.
• Open new accounts, complete onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Participate in client events, marketing promotions and deliver group presentations.
• Retain and expand existing client relationships through cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Monitor settlement accounts and ensure timely clearance of transactions.
• Escalate client issues when necessary and perform any other duties assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar wealth management or client services role.
• Completion of the Jamaican Securities Course.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments and the regulatory environment.
• Excellent public speaking, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
