- Reconcile bank, payroll, receivables, payables and intercompany accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage client invoicing, verify billing against contracts, monitor aged receivables and follow up on overdue balances.
- Process or oversee payroll for about 200 agents and other employees.
- Ensure timely preparation, filing and payment of statutory obligations such as PAYE, Education Tax, NIS, NHT, HEART contributions and GCT.
- Prepare a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast, monitor cash needs and support banking activities.
- Implement internal controls, identify financial risks and recommend corrective action.
- Prepare monthly management reports, budgets, forecasts and analyses of client profitability and operating costs.

- Provide clear, timely financial guidance to the CEO while keeping financial information confidential.
Required profile

- At least five years of progressive accounting experience, including financial reporting, payroll, accounts receivable and monthly close.
- ACCA, CPA, CA or an equivalent professional qualification, or advanced progress towards certification, strongly preferred.

- Experience establishing or improving accounting systems, policies and procedures.
- Experience in a BPO, shared-services environment or other labour-intensive service business is an asset; ICAJ membership and audit-firm training or close work with external auditors is an advantage.
