Accounts Management Senior Officer

About the role

The Senior Officer will support KPMG United States' Advisory function through the Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS) delivery centre. The role involves managing back‑office account operations, including onboarding, invoicing, reporting and document management, to ensure compliance with client policies.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate background checks, manage vendor information in VMS, and support resource onboarding.
• Prepare, submit and track invoices in the vendor management system, reconcile accounts receivable and resolve outstanding items.
• Create and format financial and pipeline reports, conduct pipeline hygiene analysis and maintain engagement documentation.
• Support internal quality audits, peer reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR or related field, or 10+ years of relevant administrative experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in finance, business operations, account management or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools.

Required skills

• Experience with Vendor Management Systems such as Fieldglass, Beeline or Ariba.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
