Airport Representative - Local Residents

About the role

TUI is looking for friendly, digital-experienced and helpful airport representatives based in Jamaica. As the TUI face at the airport, you welcome guests warmly and build strong connections from the moment they arrive, answering their questions and ensuring smooth arrivals, departures and transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and build strong connections, creating special moments from arrival to departure
• Handle changes and challenges in the busy airport environment, answering every guest's question
• Ensure smooth and efficient airport operations by handling arrivals, departures and transfers
• Deliver see-off speeches on the buses before guests go to their resorts
• Monitor progress with service updates and guest feedback
• Celebrate successes in meeting targets, solving problems and providing great service
• Proudly represent TUI's values and culture with a positive attitude and professionalism

Required profile

• Right to work in Jamaica
• Fluent English; a second European language is ideal
• Friendly, empathetic and able to connect with people
• Quick learner ready to master the technology and tools of the role
• Flexible with the schedule, including rotating daytime and occasional night shifts
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment and a diverse team

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary starting at $163,185 JMD, with a 48-hour work week and at least one day off (up to two depending on role or destination)
