About the role

Frontier Recruitment is partnering with an internationally recognized resort group to relocate an Italian Restaurant Manager to a flagship property in the Caribbean (Jamaica). The role oversees the day-to-day operation of a high-volume Italian restaurant in a luxury resort setting, with a visible floor leader who leads by example, mentors the team and ensures refined service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the restaurant with a strong focus on service excellence
• Maintain a highly visible presence on the floor during service
• Drive guest satisfaction and uphold luxury hospitality standards
• Lead, train, mentor and motivate front-of-house teams
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
• Maintain operational procedures, service consistency and attention to detail
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end Italian restaurant, luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment
• Hands-on operational leader with a strong presence on the floor
• Polished, professional background with exceptional guest interaction skills
• Strong leadership and team development abilities
• Passion for hospitality, service and authentic Italian dining culture
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury environment
