About the role

Lead JN Bank’s commercial strategy across sales, business development, marketing, partnerships and customer growth, reporting to the Managing Director.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue, profitability and market share through a clear, executable commercial strategy.
• Identify new opportunities across markets, products and customer segments.
• Build strategic partnerships within JN Group and beyond.
• Align sales, marketing and product teams to improve customer acquisition, retention and experience.
• Develop high‑performing teams with a strong culture of accountability and customer service.
• Use data and analytics to sharpen commercial decisions and improve performance.

Required profile

• At least ten years’ experience in senior commercial leadership with a proven record of growing revenue.
• MBA in Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Strong sales, marketing, negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial approach with sound judgement about risk and reward.
• Understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour and regulatory expectations.
