Corporate Planning and Strategic Management Specialist

About the role

The Tourism Product Development Company Ltd. (TPDCo) is seeking a qualified, motivated and results‑oriented professional to lead the integration of corporate, operational planning and performance monitoring processes. Reporting to the Executive Director, the specialist will ensure that strategic business plans, operational plans and budgets meet the required quality and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support for corporate and operational planning and monitoring processes.
• Liaise with senior managers to ensure timely preparation of annual Strategic Business Plans.
• Align corporate and operational plans with Ministry of Tourism and Economic Development (MTE) and Government priorities.
• Review plans for alignment with key outputs, set performance targets and link to budget forecasts.
• Participate in developing operational plans and budgets for the Strategic Planning & Evaluation Unit.
• Support preparation of annual strategic planning retreats and quarterly review meetings.
• Ensure communication systems are in place to guide the planning process.
• Monitor departmental performance, draft reports and identify significant divergences from targets.

Required profile

• Qualified professional with strong motivation and results‑orientation.
• Experience in corporate and operational planning within a government or public‑sector environment.
• Ability to work under the direction of the Executive Director and collaborate with senior managers.
