Demand Specialist – Beverage Sales

About the role

Celebration Brands Limited is seeking a Demand Specialist to boost the demand for its beverage portfolio in Montego Bay. Reporting to the Commercial Team Lead, you will work closely with customers to ensure our brands are well‑positioned, available, and meeting consumer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialised advice to assigned customers to increase demand for Pepsi‑Cola Jamaica and Red Stripe brands.
• Manage customer coolers, optimise product placement, and monitor performance.
• Support product branding and innovation based on customer feedback.
• Execute the Picture of Success (PiCOS) to align product availability with company strategy.
• Build strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
• Deliver world‑class service and achieve sales targets.
• Lead price‑compliance initiatives, ensuring mark‑up, suggested retail price and promotional pricing meet targets.

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of one year experience in sales, brand promotions or a FMCG environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable motor vehicle.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
