Pre-Sales Executive – Traditional Trade

About the role

Celebration Brands Limited is seeking a motivated Pre‑Sales Executive to drive Traditional Trade activities for its Pepsi Cola Jamaica and Red Stripe portfolios across Jamaica. Reporting to the Commercial Team Lead, you will be responsible for meeting distribution, volume and cost‑per‑case targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled customer visits according to the journey plan and assigned routes.
• Achieve monthly and annual distribution, volume and cost‑per‑case objectives for the designated channel or region.
• Manage stock control, turnover and monitor inventory levels.
• Maintain relationship management with Traditional Trade customers.
• Handle monthly collections and reduce aged debt.
• Plan and track targets in the office, attend daily morning meetings and one‑on‑one sessions.
• Settle handheld device data promptly in line with sales office objectives.
• Comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 CXC passes in Mathematics and English Language; a Business Diploma is advantageous.
• At least 2 years of experience in FMCG sales.
• Own or have reliable access to a motor vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
