Engagement Coordinator

About the role

The Engagement Coordinator will support the Country Manager in driving employee engagement, workplace culture, recognition, and employee experience initiatives across the organization. This role acts as the central hub for coordinating engagement programs and works closely with leadership, HR, Operations, and other functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of Operations to develop and execute employee engagement priorities and initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate engagement events, celebrations, recognition activities, team‑building, wellness, and cultural programs.
• Maintain an annual and monthly engagement calendar, manage budgets, timelines, logistics, and follow‑up.
• Support internal communications, including town halls, employee forums, and leadership messages.
• Analyze employee feedback from surveys and pulse checks, providing insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, events, HR, hospitality, marketing, or a related area.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
