Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

Digicel is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to drive sales of its Mobile and ICT solutions to a portfolio of named enterprise and government customers. The role acts as the primary liaison between Digicel and its clients, ensuring requirements are met and relationships are built on trust and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and grow revenue within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management using Salesforce.
• Strengthen customer loyalty through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and support for contract renewals.
• Collaborate with Service Management, Product, Presales, and Delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and meet monthly sales quotas.
• Coordinate internal resources to secure new business revenue.
• Stay informed on Digicel’s Mobile and ICT portfolio and local market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably within telecom or ICT sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to deliver presentations.
• Effective time‑management and prioritisation to meet deadlines.
