Group President

About the role

The Group President provides strategic and operational leadership across the organization’s business units and subsidiaries, driving sustainable growth and aligning the group’s objectives with its long‑term vision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate strategies, business plans, and long‑term growth initiatives.
• Oversee multiple business units, subsidiaries, and regional operations to achieve revenue, profitability, and operational targets.
• Manage budgets, financial forecasts, capital allocation, cost optimisation, and investment decisions.
• Improve organisational efficiency, productivity, quality, and business processes.
• Lead and mentor senior executives, business presidents, managing directors, and functional leaders.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, acquisitions, and opportunities for expansion and diversification.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, internal policies, and corporate governance standards.
• Maintain relationships with the board, shareholders, investors, strategic partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate financial, operational, regulatory, and strategic risks.
• Build a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, leadership development, and sustainable results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 15+ years of senior executive or general‑management experience, leading large business units, multiple subsidiaries, or complex corporate operations.
• Strong financial acumen with a proven track record of revenue growth and profitability.
• Experience in strategic planning, organisational transformation, and executive team leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, decision‑making, and stakeholder‑management skills.
