HR & Data Control Manager

About the role

The HR & Data Control Manager will lead the design, implementation and monitoring of HR, administration, office management and IT infrastructure strategies. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role ensures operational efficiency, employee morale and supports the organization’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, oversee onboarding, monitor probation periods and manage employee benefits.
• Supervise recruitment, draft job postings, prepare employment contracts and handle grievance, disciplinary and termination processes.
• Maintain employee records, track attendance, vacation and sick leave.
• Develop and deliver training programs on tools, policies and procedures.
• Support the Managing Director with budgeting, financial projections, performance assessment and audit coordination.
• Analyze market and economic trends to advise senior management on financial positioning.
• Liaise with pension providers, manage enrollment/termination and represent the organization in external negotiations and forums.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management, recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong understanding of payroll, benefits administration and occupational health & safety.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership on financial planning and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and confidential data handling skills.
