Influencer Marketing Assistant – TikTok Focus

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a creative, organized, and TikTok‑savvy Influencer Marketing Assistant to support influencer campaigns, social media initiatives, and customer engagement strategies. This remote‑first position is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in influencer marketing or customer support who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok trends and propose brand‑aligned content ideas.
• Assist in managing the TikTok content calendar and coordinate with creators or internal teams.
• Research and shortlist potential influencers for collaborations.
• Handle outreach via DMs or email and keep detailed communication logs.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and expectations with influencers.
• Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Optionally respond to TikTok DMs and comments using the client’s brand voice.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or customer support.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok and its creator culture.
• Excellent written English and professional messaging etiquette.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage schedules, content pipelines, and influencer relationships.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, TikTok, and CRM or influencer platforms.
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
