Loan Advisor (Sundays Off)

About the role

itel is hiring a Loan Advisor in Montego Bay on a full-time basis. The role supports applicants by checking their eligibility and helping them process loan requests. The advertised schedule gives you off Sundays.

Key responsibilities

• Review, qualify and process loan applications
• Explain the types of loans and credit options available, including their terms
• Check loan agreements are complete and accurate according to policy
• Correspond with applicants to improve applications and answer questions
• Update documentation as requested and provide courteous, high-quality service
• Maintain product knowledge and resolve issues, while following company policies and procedures

Required profile

• Minimum 3 CXC passes including English A
• Prior call center experience is a plus
• Willing to work onsite
• Flexible to work any 5 days between Monday and Saturday (Saturdays are mandatory) and/or public holidays
• Able to work shifts between 6:30 am and 10:00 pm
