Receivable Officer – Level 4 (Accounting)

About the role

The National Land Agency is seeking a Receivable Officer (Level 4) to manage revenue and expenditure credits, ensuring accurate recording of general ledger transactions in line with established procedures and regulatory frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for all revenue and expenditure credits.
• Update and reconcile general ledger records according to GAAP, the FAA Act, and Executive Agencies Act.
• Prepare and verify accounting entries to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

Required profile

• AAT Level 2 or CAT Level B, OR a Certificate in Accounting, OR an Associate of Science Degree in Accounting (MIND), OR Government Accounting Level 2, OR completion of the second year of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management Studies.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in an accounting environment.
