About the role

Grunt Style is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join its fast‑paced stores. You will be the first point of contact for shoppers, delivering a positive experience while promoting the brand’s patriotic lifestyle apparel.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers as they enter the store.
• Present product promotions, new arrivals, and sales opportunities through conversation.
• Provide assistance, answer questions, and suggest items based on customer needs.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and product knowledge.
• Maintain visual standards, organize back‑stock, and replenish the sales floor.
• Process purchases, returns and exchanges using the POS system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Veteran status preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay attentive in a high‑pressure environment.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability for mornings, evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Experience operating a POS system.
