Risk Assurance Analyst

About the role

The Risk Assurance Analyst will support the System of Quality Control (SoQC) team at JESS, delivering risk management, internal audit and compliance services for KPMG Jamaica. You will manage documentation, reporting and project tasks while collaborating with Legal, Risk Management and Compliance stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple initiatives and projects, track deliverables, manage deadlines and support project‑related activities.
• Maintain and update SoQC process documentation, ServiceNow IRM records and leadership dashboards.
• Monitor service level agreements, provide real‑time risk visibility and drive mitigation strategies.
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities, including automation, AI and procedural enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum two years of experience in risk management or auditor independence.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, paperless environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Power Apps.
• Experience using ServiceNow IRM.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Gemini and Microsoft Copilot.
