About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to provide technical assistance and support to customers, internal teams, and stakeholders operating in the manufacturing and construction sectors. The role combines sales support with a solid understanding of electrical systems, ensuring that technical queries are resolved quickly and accurately.

• Prepare and deliver technical documentation, product datasheets, and usage recommendations.
• Support the sales process by delivering accurate technical information during quotations and presentations.
