About the role

CrichtonMullings & Associates is seeking a Staff Auditor for its Kingston office. The role involves performing audit tasks, reviewing financial statements, assessing controls, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review financial statements and assess internal financial controls.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and recommendations to improve financial systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and meet strict deadlines.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in accounting and currently enrolled in a professional certification course (ACCA, CPA, or MSc in Accounting).
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience preparing audit working papers, financial statements, and tax returns.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficient computer skills.
• Experience using accounting software.
