Customer Service Agent – English and French

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via inbound and outbound phone calls, handling bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• Support flight bookings, rebooking, and schedule adjustments while complying with airline policies.
• Manage booking inquiries, vacation packages, and hotel upgrades.
• Process refund requests and handle cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
• Provide general customer service support across multiple channels.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Prior customer service or call‑center experience preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
