Pest Control Sales Representative - Western Region

About the role

We are looking for a strategy‑driven, highly organised Sales Representative to cover the Western Region of Jamaica (St Elizabeth, Westmoreland, St James, Hanover, Trelawny). You will promote Rentokil Initial’s full range of pest‑control products and services to both commercial and residential clients, building lasting relationships while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily KPI of at least six customer visits and four quotes.
• Submit daily sales activity reports via our digital platform.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.
• Develop and present customer value plans, outlining market share and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales management, finance, service control and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide written reports on customer needs, competitive landscape and market insights.

Required profile

• Residency in one of the listed Western parishes and ownership of a reliable vehicle.
• Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture, Construction Management, or Sales & Marketing.
• Minimum two years of face‑to‑face sales experience with a proven record of exceeding targets.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital applications on tablets or smartphones.
• Competence in Google Docs and the Microsoft Office suite.
