Audit Senior – Government & Financial Services

About the role

As an Audit Senior you will design and deliver audit solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily in the Government & Public Services and Financial Services sectors. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring reliable financial information while continuously developing your expertise across complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, plan and execute high‑quality audit engagements from start to finish.
• Assist clients with complex accounting matters and identify business and financial risks.
• Leverage audit tools and emerging technologies to enhance audit efficiency.
• Develop and mentor junior audit team members.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Caribbean, Bermuda and globally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post‑secondary qualification (e.g., ACCA).
• Internationally recognised professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA) or on track to complete it by 2026.
• 2–3 years of relevant audit experience.
• Preferred experience serving public‑sector or financial‑services clients (insurance or banking).
