Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to steer the financial strategy of a diversified construction and real‑estate organization. The CFO will partner with the President/CEO and Board to drive profitable growth, capital efficiency, and long‑term enterprise value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning and build financial models for projects, acquisitions and investments.
• Take executive responsibility for P&L, cash flow, liquidity and working‑capital management across the enterprise.
• Oversee financial management of major construction and development projects, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Lead financial evaluation of land acquisitions, property developments, investments and asset disposals.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in construction, real‑estate development, property investment, infrastructure or related sectors.
• Proven track record managing complex financial operations and large capital requirements.
• Strong leadership and ability to act as a strategic business partner to the executive team.
