Client Service Representative – Fairview (Bank)

About the role

Join Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited as a Client Service Representative at the Fairview branch. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering courteous, efficient service while supporting the bank’s sales and compliance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, ensuring a high standard of professional care.
• Open, close, and maintain accounts (savings, current, CDs) while meeting KYC and POCA requirements.
• Process non‑cash transactions, service ABM machines, and handle Quick Deposit Box clearing.
• Prepare client letters, balance certifications, and perform account maintenance tasks.
• Cross‑sell Sagicor’s products and represent the bank at promotional events.
• Adhere to computer security policies and data protection standards.
• Support management with client‑loyalty initiatives and resolve complaints.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar banking or client‑service role.
• Experience in sales or selling techniques.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail banking operations and relevant regulations (POCA, AML) is an advantage.
