Remote Operations Manager – Women’s Health & Wellness

About the role

The client is a women’s health and wellness coaching company that runs a group coaching program called Fit & Fulfilled Academy. They need a self‑driven Operations Manager to own the backend systems and ensure flawless daily execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding, system access, off‑boarding and membership administration.
• Monitor payments, resolve disputes, process cancellations and generate weekly payment reports.
• Schedule and quality‑check emails, community posts and social media content.
• Provide community support by responding to client messages and direct messages.
• Assist with podcast and video production, including editing, uploading and publishing.
• Review applicant submissions and send outreach texts following qualification criteria.
• Maintain accurate data in Airtable, ClickUp and other operational platforms.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Gmail and payment processing platforms (Stripe, PayPal).
• Experience using Airtable, ClickUp, Slack and Google Drive.
• Familiarity with Zoom, Docusign and video tools such as Riverside and YouTube Studio.
• Knowledge of marketing tools like Kajabi, Flodesk, Canva and SimpleTexting.
