Seasonal Gaming Digital Agent – Customer Support (Contract)

About the role

The Gaming Digital Agent works on the front lines of a seasonal customer service account, providing empathetic and fun‑focused support via phone, live chat, and email. You will interact with thousands of customers each week, helping them enjoy their gaming devices and ensuring a positive experience that reflects the client’s mission of kindness, respect, and honesty.

Key responsibilities

• Answer general product and service questions from consumers across all contact channels.
• Process transactions, provide options, and encourage continued use and purchase of products.
• Update consumer account information and record feedback.
• Stay current with procedural updates and integrate them into daily activities.
• Research and resolve consumer concerns, balancing the needs of the consumer and the client.
• Provide technical assistance via inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails for connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot escalated hardware and software problems in collaboration with technical teams.
• Collect, document, and research technical problems to develop departmental solutions.
• Multitask during calls, researching issues while communicating clearly with consumers.
• Moderate the client’s Tech Support Forums.
• Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, minimum 3 CXC passes, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 months of customer service experience.
• Prior call‑center experience in customer service or technical accounts.
• Familiarity with gaming brands, characters, consoles, platforms, or games (preferred).
