Senior Documentation & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Documentation & Logistics Coordinator to lead the coordination of freight carriers and warehouse teams, ensuring smooth flow of goods and accurate documentation. In this senior position you will use data-driven insights to optimise shipping processes and maintain compliance with global trade regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with freight carriers, shipping and receiving clerks, and stockers to schedule and track shipments.
• Track inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate data in transportation and warehousing systems.
• Identify and resolve route inefficiencies or shipping delays to improve on‑time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with transportation and global trade regulations.
• Manage bills of lading, packing lists, proof of delivery, and other shipping documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports, including on‑time delivery (OTD) metrics.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of both warehouse and transportation management.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with best practices in supply‑chain management.
• Ability to use data to drive logistics efficiency.
