Automotive Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Representative to join our showroom in St. Catherine. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them discover the right vehicle for their needs while delivering a professional and friendly experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their vehicle requirements and present suitable options.
• Explain features, pricing, financing terms and warranty details clearly.
• Prepare and process sales paperwork and maintain accurate records in the sales system.
• Follow up on leads and existing customers to nurture relationships.
• Coordinate test drives and collaborate with service and finance teams.
• Keep the showroom and vehicle displays organized and presentable.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Stay updated on product updates, market trends and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills with a focus on meeting targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to simplify technical information.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with sales‑related software or CRM tools.
• Interest or knowledge of automotive products and market trends; retail or automotive sales experience is a plus.
• Organized, able to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of integrity, reliability and professional conduct.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or automotive training is beneficial.
