Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to shape the financial strategy of a diversified insurance and investment organization. The CFO will act as a strategic advisor to the CEO/President and Board, overseeing finance, treasury, reporting and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall financial strategy, aligning it with corporate objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning, creating models and scenario analyses.
• Oversee insurance finance, monitoring premiums, claims, reserves and key performance ratios.
• Provide financial oversight of the investment portfolio, partnering with the CIO and Investment Committee.
• Establish strong financial governance, KPIs and executive dashboards.
• Support pricing, product profitability, reinsurance and capital allocation decisions.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in finance, accounting and capital management within a regulated financial‑services environment.
• Strong commercial and investment acumen with the ability to translate corporate strategy into financial plans.
• Proven leadership experience at senior executive level, capable of influencing board and C‑suite stakeholders.
