Customer Host – Part‑time (10 hrs/week)

About the role

White Stuff is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Host to join our retail team on a 10‑hour contract. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional in‑store experience and supporting sales across our fashion and accessories range.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, inspiring, and invaluable service throughout the customer journey.
• Promote multichannel shopping using the mobile point‑of‑sale (mPOS) system and create endless‑aisle orders.
• Sign customers up for newsletters, tag purchases, and issue e‑receipts in line with data‑protection rules.
• Maintain high visual standards, assist with floor moves, mannequin and window displays, and ensure product replenishment.
• Process deliveries efficiently, support stock‑take procedures, and fulfil ship‑from‑store and Click + Collect orders.
• Engage customers with product knowledge on fits, style, and fabrics to aid buying decisions.
• Participate in store events, briefings, and health & safety compliance.
